Making your
Profile and Login

  1. Sign up with your email ID.
  2. Enter information about yourself on the mobile application.
  3. Please note: If you’re currently a Mentor, as well as, a Student, you’ll need two different accounts, with two different emails. We are currently working to enable it with same email ID and this would be feasible soon. We will notify you when that happens. Sorry for inconvenience.

Setting up
your Profile

  1. Upload your photo (optional but recommended).
  2. Kindly allow 12 hours for profile verification.

How to
Chat and Interact

  1. Once your profile is set and verified, you can use the App.
  2. To use the App, select the mandatory fields- Country and Category of the service you would like to seek a Mentor’s assistance in.
  3. Select optional filters of University or Field of Study to narrow the search, if you need.
  4. Once selected, you will see a list of Mentors based on your search. View the profile of the Mentor, their services and price of their service, if any (this feature where mentors can charge money will be available later).
  5. Send request to chat to your desired Mentor. Mentors have 12 hours to accept your request; in case they don’t accept within that time, you will be notified and asked to send request again to same or different mentor.
  6. Once a Mentor accepts the request, your chat will start.
  7. The chat will be open for 14 days so you can go offline and come back at your convenience.
  8. You can select your chat status- Available, Busy, Offline, to indicate the Mentors if you are available or not.

  1. You can send chat through text messages or voice notes.
  2. To end a chat, you can click on top right.
  3. To report a chat, you can report it from the chat window.

Setting up
your Profile

  1. Upload your or your Organisation’s photo (optional but recommended).
  2. Enter details about your Australian Business Number (ABN).
  3. Mention details in the profile about services you have to offer.
  4. Select the category/ categories you would like to offer services in.
  5. Attach necessary documentation for Profile verification, if required. For example, Migration Agents would require to provide a Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) certificate to verify.
  6. Kindly allow 12 hours for verification of profile.

How to
Chat and Interact

  1. Once your profile is set and verified, you can monitor the requests you get from students.
  2. You will be able to monitor and accept the requests to chat.
  3. You will have 12 hours to accept a received request. if not accepted within that time, the chat request will lapse.
  4. The chat will be open for 14 days so you can go offline and come back at your convenience.
  5. You can select your chat status- Available, Busy,Offline, to indicate the Students if you’re available or not.
